| Toepassing | Up to 3 level teaspoons (5.5 grams) per day. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Scoop the powder into a glass and add a small amount (20 to 30 ml) of hot water, let it fizz and stir until the powder is completely dissolved (the magnesium and citric acid form an ionic magnesium citrate) and add to cold water, juice or tea. The hotter the water used in the fizz, the faster the powder will be completely dissolved (with boiling water this only takes about 15 seconds). When using cold water, let it sit for about 20 minutes to allow the powder to dissolve completely. You can also use MAG365 in your water bottle to gradually get your magnesium in during the day. Mag365 can be combined with food, but is also well suited to use on an empty stomach. | |
