Dulse is a common type of seaweed and a is a great source of essential vitamins and minerals such as Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium and Vitamin B12. Harvested by hand from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of County Clare in Ireland.
These flakes can be used in many different dishes as it helps to add flavour and increase the nutritional value of your meal.
