The Original Coconut Aminos has 65% less sodium than regular soy sauce, and a beautiful umami savouriness to it with a hint of sweetness. It's minimal two ingredient composition packs a maximum level of flavour into a wonderfully simple sauce. 

The Reduced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and tastes more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! Made with a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 50% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
