When do we ship?

  • Mon–Fri: order before 22:30 ➡️ shipped the same day.
  • Weekend: order Fri 22:30 to Sun 22:00 ➡️ shipped on Sunday.
  • You will automatically receive a Track & Trace email as soon as your package is scanned. Contact us if you don’t receive an email within two days of ordering.

Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–2 working days via POSTNL, DHL & DPD.
  • Germany: 2–5 working days via DHL & DPD.
  • Other EU countries: generally 2–7 working days via DHL or DPD.
  • Outside the EU: we select the best carrier for each destination.
Track your shipment via Track & Trace. External factors (like traffic or weather) can sometimes cause slight delays.

Pickup at a ServicePoint

Prefer to pick up your package yourself? ⭐

During checkout, select ‘Pickup’ and choose a nearby point (POSTNL).

How it works

  • We email you once your package is ready for pickup (usually with a QR code or pickup code).
  • Bring a valid ID and your pickup code.
  • You can see in your Track & Trace until when your package will be held at the pickup point (7 days).
  • Not picked up within 7 days? Your package will automatically be returned and handled according to our return policy.

Handy Tips

  • Busy week? Choose a pickup point near work, the gym, or the station.
  • In the DHL/POSTNL apps/portals, you can often change pickup point or time.

Usually these are the options

  • Another delivery attempt will be made at a later time.
  • Your package will be sent to a nearby pickup point (location via Track & Trace).
  • Sometimes delivery is made to neighbors — you can see this in your delivery notification.

You stay in control

  • Via your Track & Trace you can often:
    • adjust the delivery time,
    • provide delivery instructions (e.g., “not to neighbors”), or
    • choose direct pickup.
Tip: Is your package already ready at a pickup point? Bring your ID and pickup/QR code. The holding period is shown in Track & Trace.

Returns — super easy with Returnless

Not 100% happy? Don’t worry. You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order.

How it works with Returnless

  1. Start your return via our Returnless portal (create label or QR code).
  2. Choose your shipping option and drop off the package at a point of your choice.
  3. Track your return live — status updates via the portal and email.
  4. Refund: once your return is processed, we refund via the same payment method. By law, this is done within 14 days of notification; we may wait until we receive your return or proof of shipment.

Costs & conditions

  • Return shipping costs (to and from us) are your responsibility, except in case of our error.
  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and (if applicable) in unopened, sealed packaging.
  • Sealed products: Products sealed for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., supplements or creams) cannot be returned once opened under the right of withdrawal.
  • Perishable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Products in the 'short shelf-life offer' category cannot be returned.
  • Want to exchange? Send your item back and place a new order for the desired variant.
  • You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not obligatory.

Can I still change my delivery address?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your package is already on the way, we will see what can be done.

How long until my return is processed?
Usually within 5–7 working days after the package arrives. You can see the status in Returnless.

Will I get my original shipping costs back?
Any standard shipping costs are refunded according to the rules of the right of withdrawal. Any extra costs for a more expensive shipping option are not refunded.
