The Netherlands and Belgium
Please note: due to the situation with the corona virus, we have temporarily disabled the option to pick up your package at a PostNL location. This is because several locations are now temporarily closed, or may close soon. PostNL will continue to deliver as usual. However, please take into account a delay of 1 or more working days.
- Monday to Thursday ordered before 19:00 hrs: next day delivery.
- On Friday ordered before 17:30 hrs: next day delivery.
- Ordered between Friday 17:30 and Saturday 14:00: Monday delivery (NL)
- Delivery of your package takes place within 24 to 48 hours after shipment by Unlimited Health.
Please note: we do not process or send any orders on Saturday after 14:00 hrs or Sunday. Unlimited Health strives to deliver all items on time. However, it is possible that, due to circumstances, delivery is delayed.
All orders are shipped with PostNL as a package to ensure correct tracking and prevent loss. Outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, our packages are shipped with UPS. Also, all our orders are shipped insured.
Orders can also be picked up at our store in Amsterdam, of course without any shipping costs! Please see our opening hours.
Delivery to a PostNL location
When ordering, you can also choose to have your package delivered immediately to a PostNL location in your area. In Track & Trace you can see where and when you can pick up the package. Unclaimed packages are sent back to Unlimited Health after two weeks.
Follow your package
Once your order is shipped, we will send an e-mail with Track & Trace code to track your package.
Not at home during first delivery attempt
The deliverer will try to hand over your package to the neighbours (only with permission from Unlimited Health). Otherwise, the deliverer will leave a card with a 'not-at-home code', with which you can choose a new delivery time. If you do not do anything, PostNL will visit you again on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday).
Not at home during second delivery attempt
The deliverer will leave a note that shows where you can pick up your package. It will be stored here for two weeks, after which it will be returned to Unlimited Health.
Free shipping under the following terms/conditions:
- Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: orders of € 50, - and above.
The shipping costs for orders below € 50,- are as follows and are including VAT:
- The Netherlands, packages up to 29 kg: € 4,95
- Belgium, packages up to 29 kg: € 7,50
- Germany, packages up to 29 kg: € 7,50
- For other countries, you will see the shipping cost when you order.
Extra costs for special delivery options:
- Do not deliver at neighbors: + € 0,27
- Signature on receipt: + € 0,34
- Delivered at home or at work extra early 8.00 - 12.00 hrs + € 10,00
- Eventing delivery 18:00 - 22:00 hrs + € 1,25
- Pick up extra early at PostNL location (NL,BE,DE) + € 1,25
Returns & Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.
When there is non-conformity from Unlimited Health, that is when the wrong product is delivered or the product does not comply with the agreement, you can send us a PostNL return sticker (only for NL, BE and DE - for other countries: contact us) request to return the product entirely at our expense or exchange it for a correct product.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the Model form for right of withdrawal (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back.
If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Easily convertible products such as DVDs and CDs are excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as the seal is broken.
