Original Superfoods Sunflower Sprouting Seeds 400 Grams
Sunflowers originate from North and South America. The Incas worshipped sunflowers as an image of their Sun God. By 1530 the sunflower was brought to Europe by Spanish sailors. Since then, the sunflower is part of the Western culture.
Scientific research has shown that sprouting the seeds significantly increases the amount of enzymes, proteins, minerals and nucleic acids compared to the original seeds. Sunflower seeds contain a large amount of antioxidants.
Sunflower seeds are perfect for use in a salad or cold pasta. They have a nutty taste. Remove the black shells before consumption!
