Celtic Sea Salt Coarse 1000 Grams
Celtic sea salt comes from the Guérande region in Bretagne, France. It is available in two different forms:
- As "sel gris (gray salt), also known as" gros sel marin (coarse sea salt)
- As white table salt, 'fleur de sel' (flower of the salt)
Sel de guerande is a coarse sea salt (Sel gris) which slowly crystallizes on the clay base of the salt pan. As a result, it obtains its light gray color which testifies that this salt finds its origin in the sea. Sel Gris is rich in minerals and trace elements, both from the sea and from the clay.
The salt is naturally filtered, not washed, not dried and not refined, so the mineral balance remains intact.
Applications: "mineral complex" (sole), bath salt, etc ....
How to make a Sole?
Fill a glass jar or bottle with 1/3rd Celtic sea salt and 2/3rds water, put the lid or cap and shake well. You will find there are unresolved salt grains remain lying on the ground, a sign that the water cannot take up more salt and thus is fully saturated. Dissolve one teaspoon of sole in a glass of water, morning and evening and drink it, preferably on an empty stomach.
