The natural alternative to cheer and uplift. De-stress is a calming and cheering blend with Roman Chamomile and Lavender to help with daily tensions. Blended with exotic Jasmine to uplift and mood boosting Bergamot.
To Unwind at the End of a Trying Day: Dilute up to 8 drops of De-Stress in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water.
For a Stress-Relieving Aroma Throughout the Day: Place 6 drops of De-Stress in an Oil Burner or Aroma-Diffuser to create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
