Absolute Aromas Basil, Linalol Type 10ml
Basil has been used as a culinary and medicinal herb for centuries and is one of the main ingredients in Pesto, an Italian sauce from Genoa.
Basil will grow up to 50cm in height. This low growing herb has green leaves and small white flowers.

To create an atmosphere for focus and study, try adding 1 drop of Basil, 3 drops of Lemon and 1 drop of Peppermint to some water in an oil burner.
A blend of 1 drop each of Basil and Lavender in 10ml of Sweet Almond oil makes a good abdomen massage oil. Always massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction.
