The desired temperature and drying time can be set using a clear control panel. The drying temperature is adjustable from 35 to 80 degrees Celsius, and the built-in timer can be set from 30 minutes to 72 hours. The appliance has a power output of 400 watts.
Included are 10 drying racks and a drip tray. Each drying rack can hold up to 1 kilogram of food. The drip tray is BPA-free.
