The Vejibag is made from sustainable organic cotton from America. The cotton is purchased from smaller local cotton producers. The Vejibag was developed by Sally Erickson, Sally has a passion for sustainability, which is why she developed this Vejibag. Like many people, she did not want to use plastic bags to package her own vegetables. Research makes visible what many salad lovers already know, vegetables that keep a moist environment rot much less quickly in a moist cotton bag.
