Seaweed

Naturally grown Irish Moss (Eucheuma Cottonii) grown in the Atlantic waters of St. Lucia. Rich in proteins, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals including iodine, iron, calcium and magnesium.

Dulse is a common type of seaweed and a is a great source of essential vitamins and minerals such as Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium and Vitamin B12. Harvested by hand from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of County Clare in Ireland.
