Global Healing Oregano Oil is a food supplement with Mediterranean oregano oil in convenient plant-based liquid capsules. The formula combines oregano oil with extra virgin olive oil, peppermint oil and cayenne extract.
Two capsules provide at least 200 mg of oregano oil and 135 mg of carvacrol. Carvacrol is a naturally occurring aromatic compound found in oregano.
What is oregano oil?
Oregano oil is obtained from plants of the Origanum genus. The oil naturally contains various aromatic compounds, including carvacrol and thymol. Carvacrol is one of the main naturally occurring components of oregano oil and contributes to oregano’s characteristic aroma and flavour profile.
The recommended daily serving of two capsules provides at least:
• Oregano oil: 200 mg
• Carvacrol: 135 mg
Why oregano oil in capsules?
Pure oregano oil has a strong, concentrated taste and aroma. By placing the oil in liquid capsules, it can be taken easily without having to measure the oil separately.
