Instructions:
Morning:
2 capsules of Ultimate Probiotic, 30 minutes before breakfast
1 capsule of Aloe Vera, 30 minutes before breakfast
2 capsules of Ultimate Enzymes with breakfast
Afternoon:
1 capsule of Aloe Vera, 30 minutes before lunch
2 capsules of Ultimate Enzymes with lunch
Evening (First 7 days):
4 capsules of Oxy-Powder, 2-3 hours before bedtime
Evening (Day 8 to 30):
4 capsules of Oxy-Powder, 2-3 times per week, 2-3 hours before bedtime
