A medium roasted cocoa provides a creamy, full bodied chocolate with a delicate sweetness. This chocolate is accompanied by some of nature’s friends; The Chilli is hand-harvested in Southern India, washed and dried using dryers to provide a unique uniformity, increasing colour and pungency. We incorporate organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic pepper and dairy free coconut milk powder from the Philippines.

Blendsmiths matte black stainless steel sieve - 8.5cm Diameter. Perfect for when you want to remove some of the granules and make a smoother brew. Not everybody loves the granules, if you don't, this sieve is your answer.
