The Wartmann 6 tray dehydrator dries horizontally across the trays. The fan is located at the back of the dehydrator, so that all trays are dried evenly. The desired temperature and drying time can be set via a clear control panel. The drying temperature is adjustable from 25 to 90 degrees Celsius. The built-in timer is adjustable from 30 minutes to 72 hours. The electrical power is 400 watts. Included are 6 drying trays and a drip tray. Each drying tray can hold up to 650 grams of food. The drip tray does not contain BPA.
