Just in case you haven't had a seaweed bath before, here's some ideas on how you might have one.

First of all, the seaweed comes in a net bag with a string attached. You can use the string to tie the bag loosely to the bath tap to allow the hot bath water to run through it.

The water will turn a light seaweed colour and have a slight pleasant seaweed smell. With Wild Irish Seaweed you can create a luxurious spa experience in your own home. The Seaweed will naturally rehydrate & spring back to life, releasing its soothing & moisturising properties.

If you like you can open up the bag and allow the seaweed to float freely in the water. Your body will be in contact with the seaweed that way but don't worry it is carefully hand harvested and clean!

You could add some sea salt for extra cleansing.

The seaweed can be used for up to three days, so don't restrict yourself to just one bath!!

When you're done, please add the seaweed to you compost heap, in the garden or food waste to allow it to biodegrade.
