This ghee (pronounced as "Guy" or "Guido") is prepared on the farm 'De Groote Voort' from the weibot of the milk of beautiful Jersey cows.
Ghee is pure milk fat - yes, milk fat with nutty aroma. As a kitchen product, it is excellent for baking, frying, stoving and frying. Ghee enhances the taste of herbs and spices, does not splash on heat and is long lasting. In addition, it appears to be particularly healthy!
We pour the ghee into handy glass pots (230 gr). Once the lid has been unscrewed, the ghee always needs fresh air. Leave the cap loose or close it slightly so that air exchange is possible.
