Cardamom (also known as green cardamom) is a family of ginger. Cardamom is very fresh, aromatic and citrus-like. Cardamom tastes bergamot, lemon and camphor.

Organic Cayenne Pepper

Garam Masala means “hot spice mixture” and comes from India. It is used in many Indian dishes such as Tandoori. It is a mixture of Coriander, Cardamom, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Galangal, Cloves and Black MUSTARD.

Cumin is used in many countries and in many dishes, Cumin has a sharp, bitter taste with a nutty peppery and smoky scent.

Nutmeg, in addition to cinnamon, is also often used in cakes and pastries, especially in speculaas. Due to its strong flavour, a small amount is sufficient.
