Coconut Chips are delicious as a snack, in combination with nuts and / or dried fruit. You can use it as a topping on ice cream, pies and desserts, rice, in an (exotic) salad, granola or a smoothie or shake.

Coconut flour is made from the flesh of coconuts. The meat is dried and grated. What remains of it is a powdery texture known as coconut flour. It has a very light taste of coconut, its not a dominating flavour.

Coconut milk powder is a white fine creamy powder made from coconut cream and sprayed dried to form a water soluble powder. It’s evaporated coconut milk. Contains no lactose. About 100 grams of powder makes 750 ml of milk.

The coconut oil, extra virgin, from Original Superfoods, is delicious as a dressing of raw food, but also very tasty in smoothies. The coconut oil is suitable for baking, roasting, frying and stir-frying.
