WaterWipes Baby Wipes 4 x 60 pcs Value Pack

99.9% purified water!

WaterWipes are suitable from birth. Newborn babies skin is 5 times thinner than an adults! That’s why their skin is so sensitive and other wipes are not suitable.

We know that parents need to change their baby’s nappy up to 10 times a day. Imagine wiping bad ingredients on your baby’s skin 70 times per week and then locking them in with a nappy. There is no product that you would use that many times, even as an adult. WaterWipes are great for nappy rash and other sensitive skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis because WaterWipes doesn’t irritate the skin. As pure as cotton wool and cooled boiled water – recommended by your midwife – but far more convenient and effective.

What are WaterWipes made from?
WaterWipes are made from 99.9% water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract (contains 0.002% benzalkonium chloride)

Why should I use WaterWipes on my new born baby’s skin?
When a baby is born, its skin is much thinner than an adult’s. Because of this, Midwife, Margaret Merrigan Feenan recommends you use cotton wool and water OR WaterWipes. WaterWipes are a fresh product that contain 99.9% Water and a drop of Grapefruit seed extract so they are suitable on new born babies’ skin.

Is there bleach in WaterWipes?
No. WaterWipes contain 99.9% Water and a drop of Grapefruit seed extract.

What is GSE (Grapefruit seed extract)?
Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) is a natural skin conditioner with anti-microbial properties. WaterWipes contain 1 part GSE to 1,000 parts water.

My WaterWipes feel slightly dry, what can I do about this?
Because WaterWipes don’t use chemicals to "bind" the liquid to the wipes, the water can sometimes migrate to the bottom of the pack. To remedy this, with the sticker properly resealed, turn your pack of WaterWipes upside down and then gently squeeze and massage the pack for a few seconds. This will quickly redistribute the water more evenly throughout the pack, and get the wipes back to the same consistent wetness that they had when they were made in our cleanroom process. If you are storing your wipes for some time, we recommend you the packs label-side down before use.

Are WaterWipes flushable?
No. We recommend you do not flush WaterWipes.

How do WaterWipes clean?
WaterWipes contain water and grapefruit seed extract. Water is nature’s natural cleanser and moisturiser. Grapefruit seed extract also helps to maintain good skin condition.

Do WaterWipes have an expiry date?
Like all wipes, WaterWipes have an expiry date. We recommend opening within fifteen months of the production date and using the pack within one month of opening. The production date and expiry date is printed on the back of the pack.

My baby has nappy rash – can I still use WaterWipes?
Yes. WaterWipes do not contain ingredients that could further irritate your baby’s delicate skin. WaterWipes are not a cure for nappy rash – but importantly they don’t contain the ingredients that can cause or exacerbate nappy rash.

Can I use WaterWipes on my baby’s face?
Yes. WaterWipes contain 99.9% Water and a drop of Grapefruit seed extract. Many people used WaterWipes between bathing times as they are more gentle on a baby’s skin.

Can I put WaterWipes in a wipe warmer/wipe dispenser?
No. We do not recommend that WaterWipes are removed from their pack and transferred to any another container, nor should the pack be over-warmed. They are a fresh product and should be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend WaterWipes are used within 4 weeks of opening.
