Vimergy Vegan EPA/DHA contains 163 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 326mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and is also high in the antioxidant vitamin E. Vitamin E keeps the omega-3 in this product stable. It prevents the polyunsaturated fatty acids from oxidizing quickly when exposed to heat or oxygen and thus losing their beneficial effect. In addition, as an antioxidant, vitamin E also helps protect the cells of the human body from oxidative stress.
