Sunwarrior Active Hydration On-The-Go Stick Packs are convenient portions of electrolyte powder designed to make hydration an easy part of your daily routine. The sticks are easy to take with you and quickly mix with water or another beverage of your choice.
The formula contains a balanced combination of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. These minerals play an important role in maintaining the body’s fluid balance and support normal muscle function during physical activity or warm conditions.
An important part of the Hydration Blend is organic coconut water powder, which naturally contains electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium. The formula also includes Real Salt®, a natural source of minerals that helps support electrolyte balance.
Active Hydration also contains ingredients such as amla fruit extract (a natural source of vitamin C), elderberry extract and Sunfiber®, a soluble fibre derived from guar beans. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
