The 2-stage cold extraction technology ensures maximum efficiency, while the low rotational speed of 80 RPM means no foam formation, no clogging and no heat development. Heat during pressing / centrifugation causes a huge loss of vitamins and fibers.

Important tips:
- When using the celery juice end cap, do not make more than 16oz. of celery juice at a time without cleaning the endcap.
- If dry pulp stops juice flow, loosen celerty end cap. Remove the end cap and clean it before continuting to juice.
