Our Coconut Crystals is a single ingredient product made only from the sap of the coconut palm. When the sap is collected, it is already naturally sweet straight from the tree. Making coconut crystals is a very quick process (about 90 minutes) that requires no additional processing. We simply evaporate the excess moisture until the juice thickens into a delicious syrupy nectar (which we bottle and offer as our coconut nectar). As evaporation continues, the liquid nectar crystallizes into a nutritious brown coconut sugar we call Coconut Crystals.
