Raw Wild lavender honey made from bees foraging on the Lavandula Stoechas plant, a wild ancestor of the cultivated lavenders without the perfumed lavender smell. It grows extensively over the hillsides of many areas of Portugal inclusing the Algarve and Alentejo, where our honey comes from.
