Original Superfoods Organic Pecan Nuts 1000 Grams
The nuts are elongated-oval to cylindrical nutritional fruits. The skin is reddish brown and occupied with dark brown stripes. The seed is strongly grooved, like the walnut. It has a sweet to nutty flavor. The seeds contain up to 75% fat and about 10% protein. In addition, they contain a lot of zinc and vitamin B1. A hand of pecans (25 g) contains about a quarter of the recommended zinc and 18% of vitamin B1. This nut is an important source of ellagic acid. Pecans are a good low fat source of vitamin E. They can also, if eaten well, lead to lower cholesterol levels. Pecans are very good for you because they contain more antioxidants than any other nut.
