MAG365 is a magnesium powder that consists of only two ingredients: magnesium carbonate and citric acid. When warm water is added to this, a reaction occurs: it fizzes and a liquid ionic magnesium citrate is formed.
MAG365 Magnesium BF plus Calcium combines the liquid ionic magnesium citrate with calcium, potassium, zinc, boron, vegan vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vitamin C and vitamin B6.
MAG365 forms an ionic magnesium citrate with a perfect 1:1 ratio, i.e. one Mg++ (magnesium atom) to one C7H6O7++ (citrate molecule), making it significantly more absorbable than most magnesium citrate salts, which typically have a ratio of 3:2.
The magnesium in MAG365 is extracted from purified seawater and the citric acid comes from European, non-GM sugar beets.
