Recommended use

Delicious, perfect for home, at work, in sports or in the gym. Ideally, 3 times a day; just after getting up, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. 1-2 teaspoons Organic Vinegar in a glass of purified water and (optional) 1-2 teaspoons of organic honey, 100% maple syrup, molasses or 4 drops of Stevia

Store in a dry place. Shake well before use.
