Absolute Aroma's Headaid 10 ML
Containing blissfully soothing and clearing oils such as Lavender, Chamomile and Peppermint, this blend is great for tackling sore heads and tired minds, characteristic of being run down. The natural alternative to soothe and clear a tired mind.
To create a soothing compress: add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the the forehead.
For a clearing aroma: Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
